Compassionate Neighbours is a growing movement of people who support each other to promote compassion in their communities. They provide social and emotional support to people who have a life limiting illness and are experiencing loneliness or social isolation by: visiting regularly, helping them do the things they like doing, helping them stay connected to the community as well as family and friends
Transforming lives by connecting people with Aphasia and creating opportunities to engage with life
A helpline that links people to the right source of strength and balance building exercises to prevent falls. Can be community exercise classes (30 week programme) at local centres, more intensive classes for 8 weeks in a hospital setting (transport provided) or 1-1 physiotherapy at home if housebound or complex (provided by CRAFs – Community Rehabilitation And Falls Service

Provide equipment with people with significant non-correctable sight loss in both eyes and/or permanent hearing loss.
Sight loss: canes, watches and clocks

Support, information and signposting for Black Minority Ethnic and refugee women and their children. Includes welfare rights, housing, immigration, domestic violence, health, educational opportunities and training. Interpreting service. CV preparation and help with gaining employment. Parenting support. Health and fitness class, with creche. Sewing class Thursday 10am-12 noon.Guided Healthy Walks 1030-11.30 am.
