Work with family carers of people living with dementia – a partner, family member or friend. Key aims are to help carers learn more about dementia and ways to improve their own wellbeing. Provide free courses designed and delivered by healthcare professionals, that will help carers develop skills and build confidence to navigate the highs and lows – meet and connect with people in a similar situation, learn how to make your life manageable and maintain your own health. Supports people in caring roles in Southwark. Provide personalised one-to-one support to tackle issues causing stress. Provide information about carers rights and ensure carers are receiving everything they are entitled to. Help carers to enjoy their life outside of their caring role (facilitate access to leisure activities, education and work opportunities)

Works with communities in the UK and overseas affected by a range of issues including sexual and reproduction health, violence against women and girls, female genital mutilation and mental health issues. Over 60s Active4Life Project: weekly coffee morning enabling older people to socialise, healthy eating sessions and access to food bank, group walks and exercise activities, enjoy small garden, opportunities to engage in volunteering, develop computer skills and join community befriending schemes
Pioneers’ over 50’s Afro-Caribbean club meets once per month and various community faith groups on Sundays
