Over 60s Active4Life Project: weekly coffee morning enabling older people to socialise, healthy eating sessions and access to food bank, group walks and exercise activities, enjoy small garden, opportunities to engage in volunteering, develop computer skills and join community befriending schemes

Dementia Carers Count, Benefits Advice

Work with family carers of people living with dementia – a partner, family member or friend. Key aims are to help carers learn more about dementia and ways to improve their own wellbeing.
